E-commerce and consultations platform
An e-commerce store, a live expert-consultation app and the admin that runs both. Built for one of my clients.
Problem
The storefront was a client-rendered Vite app that took 26.9s to show its main content on mobile, and the admin was hard to change safely.
What I built
A Next.js storefront with server rendering, an admin rebuilt on RTK Query, and a live expert-consultation platform with video and chat.
Result
Mobile LCP from 26.9s to under 5s. Up to 89% fewer on-load API calls. 44 Redux slices down to 5, with 15K+ lines removed. Part of the strategy team that grew the business to ₹30 lakh+ MRR.
